Harlan Ellison’s first typewriter is up for sale.
Harlan will scroll a final piece of paper into the machine, type a final half page of something for posterity, and leave it there just so. The buyer may request to have the typewriter shipped, or arrangements can be made to pick it up.
I can’t imagine a world without Harlan. Fortunately, he’s on dvd where he can kvetch forever.
I truly love this man.

Didn’t even know this was out, until I got a modest royalty check today. Here’s the hardcover edition of the Spider-Man: Died in Your Arms Tonight graphic novel, which includes Amazing Spider-Man 600, featuring a lovely story written by Mark Waid, which I was fortunate enough to illustrate. I hope you like it!
