Can’t we just get Jason to shake hands with this berk and zap him into oblivion? I think we’d all appreciate it.
But then the series would be over!
What? Emeris is going to turn out to matter?!
How bored are all the ovanians when they find what Emeris did entertaining. O_O
You have a lot to think about when you’re sitting in the hairdresser’s chair.
I am completely disgusted with myself that I put a word balloon over the abs in panel 5.
Sere is usually only about as dressed as Emeris, but somehow she pulls it off with far more coordination and grace, actually managing to be attractive, for all that she’s an evil such-and-such… Emeris on the other hand has always struck me as something like a rooster with half his feathers missing, who struts even harder to show off what he has left.
It hadn’t ever really occurred to me before how long it must take to do their hair X_x I suppose that’s when they plot their true evil designs, eh?
LOL!
I think Emeris is terribly handsome, but unlike Sere, he doesn’t control his facial expressions very well. He’s always sneering and leering. Sere looks placid almost all the time. I bet she practices in front of a mirror.
I bet hairdessing is a very good business over there X3
The Hierarchy behave like a junior high school clique. “We’re the cool ones! We get to do anything we want!” Seren might be immature at times, but he’s really more principled than this clutch of so-called adults, and that in spite of the abuse he’s endured.
Wow. Nicely done. I’m really looking forward to the conclusion, just to see if the …not nice… characters get what they deserve!
(Not to be too geeky, but is there backstory to the Concordant? Or do we just need to know that Ovanan is a member?)
What an incredibly jaded group–and how completely useless. Unfortunately, after the stories I’ve read today, the only thing I can compare the Hierarchy to is a gang of mindlessly cruel adolescents.
It’s just like high school, only on another planet and with better clothes.
