I saw on twitter that you are being treated for auto-immune disease, and that you have seen improvement. If it’s not too personal, may I ask what the treatment is? I have MS and the brain fog is terrible. I am willing to try anything…HG

I wish I had better news for you HG, but I don’t get treatment for my auto-immune disease, either. I have a cocktail of issues, and there is no cure for any of them. I get treatment for the result of the disease, which attacks the endocrine system, not the disease.

After almost two months, I feel markedly improved and the brain fog didn’t even hit me for most of the last week. For several days, I felt so clear headed and energetic, I could barely believe it. I can’t even remember the last time I felt that good. Other days I am sluggish, but with none of the serious brain fog I once had: just tired.

For the first time in months, I’ve been able to work every day. I’ve started exercising again as well.

I really wish I had better advice, but I just don’t. I am so sorry.

Wishing you the very best on your journey,

c
