A Distant Soil: Seasons of Spring Page 27

Sorry this is late, was not feeling at all well this week, and completely forgot Tuesday’s upload.

I have a few nice pieces on ebay, and some unpublished sketches going up this weekend. Harley Quinn, Black Canary and more. Check back often for updates.

Also, just wanted to note that if you want to ask me questions, or want to invite me to an event, social media is not a great way to do that. It’s easy to get lost in the churn. Please write me via the contact button on the website. My assistant is sure to see the email. Someone sent me a series of questions on twitter, and by the time I got back to them, they were lost. Can’t recall what the heck they were or who asked.

Lab? What lab? Well looks like there’s a fine kettle of fish right there. I love the whole he’s your son. Reminds me of the Lion King: “Your son is awake.” “Before the sun rises, he’s your son”. Poor Jessica. That’s a lot of crap to deal with

Looks like when Aeren is distressed, he falls back on Ovanen postural habits. Seren takes the same pose when he’s worried about or arguing with D’mer.

Good news everyone! Got back from the doctors and I’ve picked out my Cochlear! Once I get my shots I’ll be going in for surgery!

YAY!!! Great news for you, StoryWriter – but now you’ll be able to HEAR all of my potty-mouth comments, instead of just reading them – and will have to put your fingers in your ears AS WELL AS SHUT YOUR EYES!!! 😛

I’ll have to unplug it from head. And cover the other ear. And pooh. I’m not a teenager haven’t been in my teens for the last 2 years but I think I’ve heard quite a bit. And it’s funny as heck!

Yep! Thank you! I’m so excited! I think not only will it be an experience for me but for the nieces and nephews I see on a regular basis. Plus it’s gonna blend in with my hair so people won’t ask as much about it. That was the one thing that bothered me when people kept pointing it out and asking about it constantly and trying to make it squeal. I think the kids will benefit from learning about it. I used to see my hearing loss as a downer but now I see the good because the have a first hand experience with someone who has hearing loss and it can better prepare them for later in life. Thank goodness it’s not genetic
