I love the implications of Jessica pulling Aeren into her lap. She’s no “little wifey” even if she might seem so at times. And if Liana is anything like her in that sense (and I think she is) she is far more durable and competent than those around her think she is (even her brother).

    I like it.

Lovely shading! And that’s a bit of more insight to the world where he comes from. Aeren! You are too big for sitting in her lap! poor twins. As far as I’m concerned twins sticking together isn’t unusual to me. Mm. I keep getting the feeling the ding dongs on high are up to something even at this stage.

Just discovered that clicking the names if they are in blue leads to that person’s page. Sarah I personally love your website. Beowulf was my favorite one. He was nothing like the hero in the poem. I also read the book Grendel. Not sure if that matters or not.

Personally I like this page because it shows that they worry just like everyone else and their life is not perfect.

    *Jumping Up-n-Down & Waving Hands*

    *Ooooh! Ooooh!*

Can Aeren sit in MY lap after Jessica’s had her turn!?

  • Queen Ynci

Whew, STORYWRITER, that’s going to be one HUGE lapfull, two Big & Buff at ONCE? WOW! Are you sure your knees will hold up to that adorable weight? If you need some help, however, I’m yer woman (and so, I suspect, are a whole lot more ADS fans). 😀

  • StoryWriter

Ooh Queen I didn’t think about that. I’m like really tiny compared to them. I’m 5 feet exactly in height. Sure I’ve dealt with 8 out of soon to be 11 nieces and nephews but then again they were a lot smaller back then too…Maybe I’ll just sit in their laps. And you are more than welcome to help Queen! 😀

oh if you click on my name on one of the comments you’ll be sent to my DeviantArt page. No worries there’s no ADS stuff there. I’ve been trying my hand at computer stuff and photo manips on top of my costume designing. Can’t draw to save my life. Would love to know what you think Queen! And Ewok if she reads this. Which reminds me I need to post another rewritten chapter soon on there.

StoryWriter – thank you for the compliment! The Scribbler’s Guide site is devoted to storytelling craft, and mythological aspects of stories. I do have another larger and more rambling website at http://www.scribblerworks.us.

Back to the story: it occurred to me in looking at the page again, the last panel with Aeren in Jessica’s lap — there’s something about it, the sense of a little kid in a mother’s lap, that reminds me that it is an experience Aeren never had. There are so many layers to the relationship between Aeren and Jessica. Wonderful storytelling. 🙂

Oh thank you! I’ve been dying to try and make a doll of Liana but I doubt I’d do her justice. I just remembered you said we couldn’t say anything about our fanfiction on here like giving details since you weren’t allowed to see it. Now I wanna make a girl doll of Kovar. Oh good grief. There goes my muse! I honestly can’t draw to safe my life so I stick with creating dolls and what limited photo manipulation skills I have. I’m just glad my Robin William tribute photo edit came out ok! I shall try and do Liana justice and hopefully not screw Kovar up too badly. Oh dear. Now Seren and D’Mer will join Kovar in the list of dolls to be made! Hmm….

  • Colleen

I didn’t say you couldn’t mention your fanfic or art, just that I couldn’t read fanfic until ADS was over. You can post links, do what you like. OK by me.

  • StoryWriter

Ok. Sorry it was a long time ago. I feel a bit bad for Kovar and the others but they’re gonna look so pretty! Sorry for rambling it’s just been a tough few days and I’m excited cause my first book is almost done.

In Answer to StoryWriter and Queen Ynci concerning Lovely Mens and Knees–

I’ll find room for them all!

As for bein’ squashed and smothered with Handsome Men, Well-Whatta-Way-ta’-Go!!

  • RabidEwok

I can’t draw to save my life either! I can’t even make bad computer art. I can however make cute holiday ornaments out of felt, pompoms, googly eyes, and some ribbon. I can also ms me awesome ornaments out of poultry eggs, craft paint, teeny tiny ornaments, more ribbon and trims and a glue gun.

  • RabidEwok

Mr. Berman was Jason and Liana’s guardian after their parents were gone. The Institute killed him when he wouldn’t cooperate with them.

  • StoryWriter

Rabid and Stampers- Be sure to give my gallery a visit! I’m gonna make dolls of some of the characters. And a few male characters might be getting a make over. *Snickers* Nothing too serious!

Stampers: Indeed what a way to go. I could think of other more pleasurable ways to go but I’ll keep those to myself.

  • Queen Ynci

I think while I’m up for ADS heroes on knees, maybe it would be safer NOT to do the `bouncy bouncy on my kneesies’ after all – they’re not little kids and I’M not as young as I used to be. ;-D

  • StoryWriter

I’m still very young but have a problem with my bones not having enough density and being at severe risk for Osteoporosis. But I take my vitamins and drink my milk. I think Kovar is above the the bouncy on the knees.

  • Stampers Saverem

The Mental Image of Kovar bein’ (most likely unwillingly) bounced on a gigglin’ female knee just Cracks Me Up!

I may not be able to stop laughin’ for a while……….
