New York Comic Con!

Hi everyone!
While I’m doing most of my posting at my Patreon page, I haven’t stopped working on A DISTANT SOIL and will be featuring it at my New York Comic Con appearance coming up in October. I’ll have FREE swag with every A DISTANT SOIL graphic novel purchase, discounts on graphic novel sales, and extras for my Patreon supporters, including the 10% discount for every Patreon member!

Patreon supporters also get free swag, no purchase necessary! So please stop by my Artist Alley booth J-4, very close to the entrance, and come get your goodies!

Since this will be my last personal appearance for awhile, I want to make sure New York Comic Con is a special show for all of us! I’ll also be doing signings and panels, and will have dates and times to announce soon.

I am happy to report that I have returned to work on Warren Ellis’s FINALITY, THE CLOCK for Matt Hawkins at TOP COW, and have signed a new graphic novel contract which I can’t discuss yet. So as you may imagine, after NYCC, it’s all about sitting my butt in a chair and doing what I need to do.

Be sure to keep a look out for my work in STAR WARS: DOCTOR APHRA and DIAL H FOR HERO #7.

I don’t know how many shows I will do next year: no more until after April, that’s for sure.

The response to NEIL GAIMAN’S SNOW, GLASS, APPLES has been phenomenal. The first print sold out on release and I hope to have a second print at the show. I will have copies of NEIL GAIMAN’S TROLL BRIDGE, as well as many other titles I’ve worked on at the show, and original art and prints. All patrons at Patreon get a 10% discount on any purchase.

I’m happy to report my health is pretty good, and I’ve been able to get exercise and focus better. A flare up this spring/summer threw me off the rails a bit. I also had trouble controlling my web use again. After a bit of a struggle, I think I’ve finally got it under control.

I did a huge clean-up/purge in my studio which has helped out a lot. I’m enjoying my space again.

That’s all for now, hope you are all well.
